SQUAD has established its Ethics and Compliance Program to foster an organizational culture that promotes ethical conduct, adherence to SQUAD’s core values, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Employees receive foundational ethics training based on the Code of Conduct, along with specialized compliance training tailored to the legal and regulatory risks associated with their specific roles. Training assignments are determined according to job functions to ensure relevance and effectiveness. In addition, all employees participate in annual Ethics Awareness Workshops, which include scenario-based ethics and compliance refresher sessions facilitated by their managers.

To ensure continuous improvement, SQUAD regularly evaluates the effectiveness of its compliance training programs and Ethics Awareness Workshops. Participants are invited to provide feedback through online surveys following each training course, enabling the organization to enhance training quality and strengthen its ethical culture.
