Reporting such concerns enables the organization to take appropriate corrective actions and address issues promptly and effectively.

Employees and partners are also encouraged to use the Ethics HelpLine to seek guidance or clarification on the proper application of the Code of Conduct. Concerns or inquiries may be submitted through the HelpLine, or employees may discuss them directly with their supervisor, the Ethics and Compliance Officer, or any member of management.

Reports may be submitted anonymously if preferred. Where an individual chooses to provide their identity, all information will be treated confidentially to the extent permitted by applicable laws and in accordance with SQUAD’s responsibility to conduct a thorough investigation.

All allegations of misconduct are taken seriously and are subject to independent review and appropriate investigation. The Chief Ethics and Compliance Investigator oversees the investigative process and reviews all reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of the investigation outcomes.
